I spend all day on my feet (work, standing). Will these actually stop my feet from aching?
Yes, that's what they are designed for. The deep, layered, pillow-like foam construction is engineered for superior shock absorption. This reduces the impact on your heels and balls of your feet, significantly minimizing fatigue and soreness by the end of a long shift.
I have heel pain/plantar fasciitis. Can soft foam help, or do I need something hard?
While severe medical conditions often require custom orthotics, our high-density, structured foam offers immediate, deep cushioning that relieves pressure points in the heel and arch area. For many users experiencing fatigue-related or mild pain, this superior cushioning is more comfortable and effective than hard plastic supports. (Recommendation: If pain is severe or persistent, consult a doctor.)
How do I ensure the perfect fit since the product image shows them cut to size?
Most insoles are sold slightly oversized for a universal fit.
- Remove the insole currently in your shoe.
- Place your old insole directly on top of the new insole, aligning the heel perfectly.
- Use a pen to trace the outline of the old insole onto the new one.
- Cut slowly along the traced line using sharp scissors. It's better to cut a little off at a time!
Do I place these on top of my current shoe insole, or do I replace it?
For best results and maximum room/comfort, remove the existing factory insole and place our cushioned insole directly into the shoe. They are designed to replace the existing liner.
How should I clean these layered insoles without damaging the structure?
Hand-wash only! Use a soft cloth, cool water, and a mild soap. Gently clean the top layer and rinse away dirt. Crucially, do not submerge them or put them in a washing machine/dryer. Always let them air dry completely away from direct heat.
Will this unique bubbly/pod design wear out quickly?
The layered design is made from durable, high-density foam. While all foam compresses over time, this structure is designed to distribute impact across multiple points, which helps delay flattening compared to flat, single-layer foam. Proper care (see next question) will maximize their life.
If I cut them, will the internal foam layers separate or fall apart?
No. Our layers are chemically bonded (or secured with a high-strength adhesive) throughout the entire surface, not just the edges. Cutting them to size will not compromise the integrity of the multi-layer cushioning system.
Are these insoles safe for someone with diabetes or circulation issues?
While the soft top layer is gentle, individuals with severe diabetic foot conditions, nerve damage, or poor circulation must consult their podiatrist or physician before use. We always recommend seeking professional medical advice for specific foot conditions.
